E Cigarette Vs. Conventional Cigarette

The E cigarette is far less dangerous than the conventional cigarettes that most smokers are still smoking today. On top of that, electric cigarettes are less expensive as well, and even come in different flavors. E cigarettes have also been utilized by many people in the process of quitting smoking.

An electric cigarette offers smokers a safer alternative to normal nicotine products. Conventional cigarettes are responsible for close to five-million deaths each and every year. In the year 2000 alone, lung cancer killed almost 900,000 smokers worldwide.

E Cigarette Health

Unlike traditional cigarettes, the E cigarette contains less chemicals. This means that many harmful chemicals found in traditional cigarettes are not included. While no product containing nicotine could be considered “harmless,” E cigarettes are undoubtedly safer than normal cigarettes.

According to a report by the American Lung Association, regular cigarettes (aside from nicotine) contain more than 4,000 chemicals. Fifty-two of these chemicals are known carcinogens, the chemicals known to cause cancer. Among these chemicals are Formaldehyde, Ammonia and Arsenic, to name a few.

The E-cigarette contains ten or less chemicals and no carcinogens. While this may not be as healthy as quitting smoking entirely, it’s certainly a step in the right direction. Anyone having trouble quitting smoking may benefit from E cigarettes, which offer smokers the same satisfaction as normal cigarettes with only a fraction of the health risks.

E Cigarette Cost

Compared with regular cigarettes, an E cigarette is  a great value. Currently, a pack of Marlboro cigarettes costs almost nine dollars per pack in Washington State. The E cigarette offers a more affordable alternative to traditional cigarettes.

E cigarettes are healthier and more affordable than the conventional cancer stick. They contain fewer chemicals and cost less than ordinary cigarettes. If the promises of a longer and healthier life aren’t enough, people can look forward to significant financial savings when switching over.
